Accommodation

How much space is at a campsite?

You are permitted to take as much space as your group requires however, we ask that you do not take up an excessive amount of space.

To camp in larger groups please ensure your convoy arrives at the festival together so you can easily camp together.

Can I camp with my car?

No. Cars and camping are separated.

Can I bring a Campervan or Caravan?

Yes. However, all flammables must be removed prior to the event, these include gas bottles. Please note that gas bottles will be confiscated. Please also note there is a designated area for campervans or caravans and you are not guaranteed to camp near your friends in a campervan or caravan.

Can we pick our camping spots?

Yes, you will be allowed to choose your own campsite unless you are in a campervan or caravan.

Environment

Will there be water refill stations?

Yes, there will be multiple water stations located around the Event site.

Where will I dispose of rubbish?

There will be rubbish bins located around the Event site. To minimise your eco footprint, please aim to bring as few single use plastics as possible, and dispose of all rubbish in the bins provided.

General

What time do the gates open?

Gates will open from 12 pm on Friday 8th of November 2019

Is EFTPOS accepted on site?

Yes, EFTPOS is accepted across the site and at the bars. There will also be ATM's available.

Is there disabled access?

Yes, however please be mindful that the event is set upon natural terrain and sometimes is uneven.

Supermild has put provisions in place to best accommodate for disabled persons, but so we can do our best to meet your needs please email hello@supermild.com.au with any special requirements you may have or for further information.

What form of ID will I need at the Festival?

You will need one of the following IDs on arrival and on your person throughout the entire event:

• Current valid Australian driver’s license (with photo)
• Current Passport
• Government Issued Proof of Age Card
• Victorian Keypass
• International Driver’s License (must contain a photograph)

When will Set Times be released?

Set times and the site map will be released closer to the event.

Can I bring Children?

Yes, as long as they are accompanied by their legal guardian. Kids under the age of 18 can acquire a free Minor Pass.

All patrons must bring photo identification in the form of either drivers license, key pass, proof of age card or passport.

Can I bring a Campervan or Caravan?

Can I bring a Portable Toilet?

No. There will be plenty of toilet facilities around the site.

Can I bring a Couch?

No. You cannot bring any couches or large furniture.

Can I bring my own Alcohol?

Yes, you can BYO a limited personal supply of alcohol however we have a strict no glass policy. BYO is only allowed in the camping grounds. You are not allowed to bring alcohol into the licenced areas.

Will there be bars at Supermild?

Yes. The festival arena is a licenced area of which several bars will be operating providing cocktails, beer and of course Mitchelton wine!

Is there power on site?

General Campsites do not have power, however our Glamping tents have power provided.

Will there be vegetarian and vegan food options?

Yes, we have an incredible range of high-quality food stalls catering to all dietary requirements.

What items are banned from the festival?

Glass, weapons, illegal drugs, whipped cream chargers or “nangs”, fireworks, fire twirling devices, flares, professional recording devices, laser lights, studded clothing apparel, animals and any other items considered illegal or dangerous.

What type of camera can I bring?

You can bring anything from an iPhone to a disposable camera however we do not permit professional cameras of any kind. Any camera with a detachable lens is not permitted.

What does a total fire ban mean?

A total fire ban means that we don’t allow any fire, fireworks, fire twirling, open flame cooking facilities, flares, sparklers, gas bottles or the like.

Please be aware that during this time of year, there will be a total fire ban due to the extreme weather conditions. Anyone found with any of these items will be immediately ejected from the festival and issued with the appropriate fines.

What medical facilities are available on site?

There will be full medical facilities available on site. You can find the location of these on our site map. If you have any trouble finding our first aid tents, don’t hesitate to ask one of our staff for assistance.

Ticketing

Are tickets only available online?

Some hard copy tickets are available through friends of Supermild.

Does my name need to be on my ticket?

Yes. To ensure the validity of your admission, we require your name to be on your ticket. At the event, security will check to ensure the name on your ID matches the name on your ticket.

Please note that names only need to be on tickets purchased online. If you purchase a hard copy ticket from a promoter, your name does not need to be on it.

Can I change the name on my ticket?

Yes. In order to change the name, this must be done online via our official resale partner, Tixel. Keep an eye on the Facebook event for platform open time.

Is camping included with my ticket?

Yes, free onsite camping is included in the ticket price. Glamping add-ons will need to be purchased in addition to a festival ticket.

Do I have to get a Vehicle Pass?

Yes. All patrons arriving by vehicle are required to purchase a vehicle pass. Proceeds will be donated to TreeCreds to help offset carbon emissions caused by driving to the event.

We encourage carpooling! If you arrive with 4 or more people in your car we will refund your car pass.

My friends ticket looks different to mine, is that okay?

Yes. Due to the various means of attaining a Supermild ticket, yours may look different to others.

Please ensure it is barcoded and branded by Supermild / Eventbrite, and if in doubt purchase online through the Supermild website.

How do I replace a lost ticket?

If you cannot find your online ticket purchased through Eventbrite, contact hello@supermild.com.au

If you have purchased a hard copy ticket through a promoter you must treat this ticket as if it were cash. There are no replacements on hard copy tickets.

I've purchased a Glamping pass, does this get me into the festival?

No. Glamping tickets do not include your festival pass. You must also purchase a festival ticket.

I have several tickets under my name, do I need to change them to my friends names?

Yes, the tickets will need to have your friends name on their ticket. Tickets and ID will be checked on arrival.

I can't come anymore, how do I re-sell my ticket?

If you can no longer attend, the name on your ticket MUST be changed via our official resale partner, Tixel. If you do not process a name change, the ticket will NOT BE VALID on the day.

What is your refund policy?

We do not do refunds.

However, you can sell your ticket and get the name changed via our official resale partner, Tixel. If you do not process a name change, the ticket will NOT BE VALID on the day.

Transport

Can I get dropped-off and picked-up from the festival?

Yes, there will be a drop off cark point just outside the festival site.

Can I catch public transport to Supermild?

Yes, for more information about getting to Supermild via public transport, await updates via our Facebook page.

Will there be a bus?

We will be providing Charter Buses from Melbourne and Shuttles Buses from Seymour train station to the site.

You MUST pre-purchase your bus tickets to ensure you get a seat and are not left waiting at the station.
